Victor Adelman, Esq.
Victor H. Adelman brings with him a background in large scale multi-party
litigation conducted with a focus on detailed interaction with the client. Having
attended Tulane University and Loyola School of Law, Attorney Adelman obtained
his education in traditional common law practices as well as certification in
civil law. With a focus on civil litigation, entertainment law and copyright
law, Attorney Adelman received recognition of his efforts and broad based legal
background which he continues to draw from and utilize in his current practice.
Having participated in various levels of the legal profession, Attorney Adelman
has worked for district attorneys, large law firms, mid-size law firms and small
firms during and after his legal education, granting him a well rounded understanding
of the workings of the legal profession. After spending several years working
in mass toxic tort litigation and insurance defense in New Orleans, Louisiana,
Attorney Adelman relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and has expanded his area of
practice to include corporate law, entertainment law, real estate transactional
litigation, mortgage fraud, contract drafting and litigation, and estate planning
in addition to his continued pursuits in civil litigation. Joining Geerdes &
Kim, LLC, he brings a unique perspective due to his varied experience and continues
an established reputation for vigorously representing his clients.
Attorney Adelman’s diverse legal experience allows for him to comfortably
sit for both plaintiffs and defendants in most any civil matter and has provided
him insight in the methods utilized in both pursuing and defending claims in
several areas of litigation.
